Syd Matisse is an Adult Contemporary singer and songwriter residing in Los Angeles, CA. She would describe herself as a Lilith Fair revival artist, as she’s heavily influenced by the (often queer) girls with guitars that dominated the 90’s folk landscape. She pairs poetic lyricism with a dynamic and percussive style of guitar, making for a fresh interpretation of a sound beloved by many, especially our gay aunties.
